Theater 2020's "Spring Fever gala Sunday afternoon at St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church, emceed by the Theater's founders, Brooklyn Heights residents David Fuller and Judith Jarosz presented a stellar program of music by various artists. Among the highlights were Cristiane Young's renditions of Offenbach, Meilhac and Halevy's "The Drunk Song and Cole Porter's "Begin the Beguine, Greg Horton's of Gilbert and Sullivan's "Nightmare Song" from Iolanthe and his duet with Roxann Kraemer on "Zing a Little Zong by Brooklyn Heights native Harry Warren and Leo Robin, Matt Castle (photo) singing Stephen Sondheim's "Being Alive from Company, and Lorinda Lisitza's delightful and hilarious version of "Yolanda at the Bottom of the Stairs by Joe Iconis and Robert Maddock
Among those in the audience were City Council Member Stephen Levin, who took the mike briefly to praise David and Judith for their new venture, and the recently installed Priest in Charge of St. Ann and the Holy Trinity, the Rev. John Denaro.
